Greg Kihn Band
One of the earliest groups who kick started the 80s music era was Greg Kihn and his band; know as “Greg Kihn Band”. Probably some of you are familiar with Greg, who is also the No.1 rated morning drive time jock for Clear Channel's KFOX station (San Jose/San Francisco). Greg Kihn began his career in his hometown of Baltimore, MD, working as a singer/songwriter, but switching to straightforward rock & roll. His band, which consisted of Ronnie Dunbar (guitar), Steve Wright (bass), and Larry Lynch (drums), was an established group through the '70s. They released an album each year and built a strong cult following through constant touring. They are best known for their hit single “Jeopardy” which was released in 1983 on their album Kinspiracy. With some nice guitar riffs, this song is one of my favourites, but too bad, with a bunch of good looking guys (and I really mean guys), also talented, they should had been more successful as a band, but unfortunately they will always be remembered for their one hit wonder "Jeopardy”, moreover their Zombie like music video.
